Arrival & departure
On the day of arrival, the rooms are available from 2 p.m. onwards. Should you arrive after 8.00 p.m., please let us know in advance.
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10.00 a.m.
Equipment of apartments
All apartments have a fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine and kettle, as well as crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, spaghetti strainer, salad bowls, coffee pot and kitchen towels. Pepper, salt, sugar, oil and vinegar are also provided. Bed linen and towels are available free of charge and can be changed on request during your stay. You will also find a bathrobe, a pool towel and a sauna towel in your apartment. Free WiFi is available in all apartments.
Bookings
Please understand that we only accept written bookings. A deposit corresponsing to 20% of the total amount of your stay is required at the time of booking.
Pets
Your four-legged friend is welcome at our guesthouse! For the accommodation of your dog we charge 10,00 € per day without food. Please understand that dogs are not allowed to enter the breakfast room. On request, you can have breakfast with your dog on our terrace.
Children
On holiday with your little ones? We’ll provide you with a baby cot or extra bed as well as a high chair free of charge.
Cancellation policy
Up to 40 days before arrival: free cancellation
40-14 days before arrival: 40% of the total amount
14-7 days before arrival: 60% of the total amount
7-1 days before arrival: 80% of the total amount
In the event of late arrival or early departure, the days booked will be charged in full.
Meals
Breakfast & bread roll service: Every morning from 8.00 a.m. to 10.00 a.m. (on request from 07.30 a.m.) you can enjoy our rich breakfast buffet, which can also be booked by our apartments guests for a small surcharge:
Are you interested in our bread roll service? Have breakfast every day with freshly baked bread rolls from our local bakery!
Dinner: For a small surcharge, from Monday to Friday you can also book our dinner with South Tyrolean specialities (advance booking required).
