2 separate bedrooms (1 separate double bedroom with wooden floor, sofa bed, desk, flat screen; 1 double bedroom is separated from the living room by a curtain), wooden floor, 2 separate bathrooms with double basin, shower, bidet, hairdryer, comfortable living room with wooden floor, sofa bed, flat screen, safe, dining table, kitchen with fridge, coffee machine and kettle, 1 balcony on the east side with view at the swimming pool, morning sun, 1 balcony on the south side with panoramic view, afternoon and evening sun.

Prices rooms
- Prices are intended per person /night, including a rich breakfast buffet and all inclusive services.
- In addition to the total price, all guests over 14 years of age are subject to a local tax of € 3.30 per person/night, which is charged directly on site.
- For stays of less than 3 nights, there is a surcharge of € 5.00 per person/night.
- Our double room and Double room panoramic view 1st floor 1st floor can be booked for single occupancy on request.
- From 01.01.2024, the Südtirol Guest Pass Schenna is included in the room price for all our guests!
- Children's rates for overnight stays in their parents‘ room: Up to 3 yrs.: free of charge, 3-5 yrs.: 6,00 € per day, 6-14 yrs.: -50%, from 14 yrs.: -30%.

- Prices are intended per night/apartment (30m² & 45m² for 2 persons; 50m², 60m² & 80m² for 4 persons) including final cleaning.

- Additional guests: Up to 2 yrs.: free of charge, 3-6 yrs.: € 6.00 per day, from 6 yrs.: 18,00 € per day
